The Wizard of Oz

Grandson of the original Wizard, Hector has some small magic of his own, but more importantly he has a network of Street Arabs, his "little birds", spies, pickpockets, thieves, orphan children who ferret out the secrets of the Emerald City for him. He is a kindly ruler, but a rather quirky one.
